Contract Term: All packages are subject to a minimum 12-month contract. Longer-term contracts are also available.

Sign-Up Process: You will receive a confirmation email upon signing up. One of our agents will then call you within 24 business hours to proceed.

Custom Conditions: Any client-specific contract conditions can be discussed and added to your agreement upon sign up.

Payment Structure: The setup fee is paid first to commence work. Your service level agreement and recurring payments begin once the website is completed and live.

Refund Policy: WebBoss Digital operates a strict no-refunds policy. All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferrable. All payments are processed via a secure link.

WebBoss Website Service Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website services provided by WebBoss ("WebBoss," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
WebBoss agrees to provide the following website services as part of your service package:
1.1 Front-End Maintenance

Website content updates (text, images, new pages).

Design, layout, or functional modifications.

Addition of widgets or features.

SEO tuning (as outlined in Section 2).
-
Data/design recovery from Client errors.

Restoration after plugin-related issues (for plugins not added by WebBoss).
1.2 Back-End Security

Server Firewall and IP/country blocking.
-
Daily vulnerability scans (server, database, front-end).
-
Password auditing and brute force prevention.
-
Real-time threat defense.
-
Cyber security is managed solely by WebBoss.

Note: No third party will be granted access to the website under any circumstances. Tag requests for analytics will be reviewed and responded to within 7 to 14 days.
1.3 Data Backups

Weekly full-site and database backups.

Secure cloud storage of all backup files.
1.4 Site Recovery

Free full-site recovery in the event of a breach or data loss.

Ensuring data currency post-recovery is the Client's responsibility.
1.5 Software Updates

Weekly plugin and core software updates.

Restoration of design/function in case of update-related issues.
1.6 Hosting & Domain Management
High-Performance Hosting To ensure maximum performance, security, and stability, Top-Tier Managed Hosting is included in all client contracts. WebBoss Digital utilizes optimized infrastructure to guarantee your website operates at peak efficiency.
Domain Registration & Ownership WebBoss Digital provides a complimentary domain for the first year of the contract. All domains are registered and managed under WebBoss Digital. While the Client retains the right to use the domain for the duration of the service agreement, the domain is held by WebBoss Digital for technical management purposes.
Renewals & Transfers * Renewals: Upon the renewal date, the domain renewal fee will be bundled into your annual service fee. This applies only to domains and services procured directly through WebBoss Digital.

Transfer Requests: Should the Client wish to transfer the domain to their own name or an external registrar, the Client acknowledges that this may result in website and email downtime.

Transfer Fees: Any domain transfer request will incur additional administrative costs, and all outstanding service fees must be settled before a transfer is initiated.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Disclaimer
While WebBoss implements industry-standard SEO strategies with the goal of improving search engine rankings and achieving first-page visibility, it is important to note that SEO performance is influenced by a range of factors beyond our direct control. A key component of long-term SEO success is the quality and quantity of backlinks directed to the client's website. Without an effective backlink profile, results may be limited. Therefore, although we strive for first-page rankings, we cannot guarantee specific placement or results without the client's active participation in building and maintaining a strong backlink strategy.
Our standard SEO services are designed for both county and nationwide scope, targeting all of Ireland. Should a client require the strategy to be restricted or localized to a single county after agreeing to target nationwide, this constitutes a significant change in strategy. This modification requires a recalibration of the campaign and will incur an additional service charge.
3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:

Financial Commitments: Make timely payment of all setup and annual service fees.

Notice Period: Provide timely written notice (6 months) for contract termination.

Design Ownership: Acknowledge responsibility for any design revisions unless the need for revision is directly caused by WebBoss Digital.

Content Delivery: Provide accurate and timely content required for the website and any ongoing SEO efforts.

Scope & Additional Services: Formally request and receive written approval for any services not included in the existing agreement.

Analytics & Tracking: Implementation and maintenance of any analytics (including Google Analytics, heatmaps, or tracking pixels) are treated as additional line items. Due to the technical support and data troubleshooting required, these incur a standard implementation and maintenance charge.

Out-of-Scope Services: Any services falling outside the core WebBoss package (Web Design, SEO, Domain, and Hosting) are considered additional costs and will be billed accordingly.

Technical Integrity & Unauthorized Scripts: The Client shall not implement any external tagging, third-party scripts, or functions to obtain data/services outside the agreed Terms of Service without written consent. Unauthorized implementation of such scripts may result in immediate contract termination to protect server integrity and performance.
4. Fees & Payment Terms

All prices quoted are in Euro (€) and are subject to VAT where applicable.

Annual service fees are due on the anniversary of the service commencement date.
-
Failure to pay an invoice on the renewal date may result in the suspension of services.
-
Optional add-on services will be quoted and billed separately.
5. Termination
Agreement Duration: This Agreement is valid for a minimum term of one (1) year (12 months) and will automatically renew annually unless written notice of termination is provided by the Client at least six (6) months prior to the annual renewal date.
Termination & Decommissioning: * Website Termination: Upon notice of cancellation, the website and all associated services will be permanently terminated on the renewal date of the domain. * Cessation of Coverage: Once a cancellation notice is received, WebBoss Digital will not cover any subsequent charges or third-party fees related to the domain or hosting.

Finality of Service: The website will be taken offline and files removed from the server on the domain renewal date unless a transfer has been completed and all fees (including the cancellation fee) have been paid in full.
Standard Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee is applicable to all contract terminations. The specific amount of this fee is determined at the discretion of WebBoss Digital, scaled according to the specific client account, the complexity of the project, and the total volume of work performed to date. This fee covers administrative decommissioning, server cleanup, and data handover.
Technical Integrity: The Client shall not implement any external tagging or third-party scripts outside the scope of this contract. Unauthorized implementation may result in immediate contract termination to protect server performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
We're dedicated to providing high-quality digital solutions and services. However, our liability under this Agreement is strictly limited to the direct costs associated with the specific design, development, or ongoing services we provide.
We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of earnings, data breaches, website downtime, email delivery or authentication issues, or problems arising from third-party integrations such as payment gateways, CRM systems, analytics tools, or booking platforms. You acknowledge that the functionality and reliability of any third-party services are beyond our direct control, and any issues stemming from their use are not our responsibility, although we can offer assistance if requested.
Specifically, WebBoss shall not be held liable for:

Loss of business or reputation due to downtime or cyber events beyond our reasonable control.

Loss of content that was not previously backed up by our systems.

Damages resulting from external actions or negligence by the Client or other third parties.
7. Entire Agreement
Upon successful payment for services, an agreement is officially reached and understood by the Client, signifying their acceptance of all terms outlined herein. This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between both parties, overriding any previous discussions or arrangements. Any changes or additions to this Agreement must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
